Returns
At ScentsWare, we strive to provide you with the best products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 5 days of delivery.

Return Process

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as customized products, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
